Molinard

A journey to the heart of raw materials. Maison Molinard carefully selects its raw materials, with special attention to rare, noble and natural ingredients from Grasse and around the world.

The distiller's secret. Step into Molinard's majestic distillery, a unique metal structure designed by the famous Gustave Eiffel. Among the copper stills, you will learn the techniques used to extract the natural materials found in Molinard perfumes.

La Savonnerie. Since the 1920s, Maison Molinard has made soaps from vegetable oils in a wide range of scents and colours, and visitors can watch this authentic process at the heart of the Bastide.

The perfumer's laboratory. Go behind the scenes in the 1930s perfumer's laboratory, where everything is imagined, created and composed.

Maceration vats. Once a perfume's composition is complete, it is time for maceration: the concentrated perfume rests in special vats, for a time that depends on the fragrance, before being bottled.

Perfume-making workshops. When Jean-Pierre Lerouge-Bénard created L'Atelier des Parfums in 1994, he wanted to introduce the public to the perfumer's art, to understand the architecture of a perfume and master the essences that make it up.
